Withdrawing the United States From and Ending Funding to Certain United Nations Organizations and Reviewing United States Support to All International Organizations
Directs U.S. withdrawal from specific UN bodies and agreements beyond the WHO (covered by EO 14155), including the UN Human Rights Council and other multilateral bodies the administration views as hostile to U.S. interests or disproportionately critical of Israel.

The US will reevaluate commitment to UN organizations that oppose US interests, specifically UNHRC, UNESCO, and UNRWA.
The US withdraws from UNHRC and terminates positions supporting it; conducts 90-day review of UNESCO membership.
No funds are used for UNRWA; the US withholds its share of UN Regular Budget funding for UNHRC; within 180 days, review all multilateral organization funding.
The Secretary informs UN leadership that the US will not fund UNRWA or UNHRC and will not pay 2025 assessments or arrears.
