Establishes a national initiative called America by Design to comprehensively improve the visual presentation and usability of Federal services in both digital and physical spaces.
Creates the National Design Studio within the White House Office to lead the America by Design initiative, with a Chief Design Officer, an Administrator, and a temporary organization ending 3 years from the order date.
Directs agency heads to consult with the Chief Design Officer to implement the initiative with initial results by July 4, 2026, including updates to the U.S. Web Design System and compliance with the 21st Century Integrated Digital Experience Act.
