Eradicating Anti-Christian Bias
Directs federal agencies to review their policies and actions for instances of bias against Christians and to take corrective action.
Section by Section
What each section does, and how they differ.
Identify and eradicate unlawful anti-Christian governmental bias.
A Task Force chaired by the Attorney General is established, comprising 17 federal officials.
The Task Force reviews past anti-Christian policies, recommends revocation, develops strategies to protect religious liberty, and submits reports within 120 days and one year.
Agencies provide information and support; DOJ provides funding and administrative support.
The Task Force terminates 2 years from the date of the order unless extended.
Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
