Sec. 2 Purchases of Paper Straws by the Federal Government
Agencies must eliminate paper straw procurement, stop policies disfavoring plastic straws, and develop a national strategy within 45 days.
Sec. 3 General Provisions
Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
