Creating Schedule G in the Excepted Service
Creates a new employment category (Schedule G) for federal employees in policy-relevant positions, making them at-will employees who serve at the pleasure of the President. This is an evolution of the Schedule F concept from EO 14171.

Creates Schedule G for policy-advocating positions in the excepted service to improve agency operations and flexibility.
Defines positions normally subject to change upon Presidential transition as those whose occupants are expected to resign and those requiring White House Personnel office assent.
