Sec. 2 Consequences for Cashless Bail Jurisdictions
Directs Attorney General to identify states and jurisdictions with cashless bail policies and heads of agencies to identify federal funds that may be suspended or terminated.
Sec. 3 General Provisions
Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
