Sec. 1 Policy

Establishes that Americans have right to clear, accurate information regarding whether products advertised as Made in America are actually made in United States; policy directs protection of consumers against fraudulent American-origin claims.

Sec. 2 Implementation

Directs FTC Chairman to prioritize enforcement of Made in America claims violations; directs consideration of regulations regarding online marketplace verification procedures; directs agencies to consider voluntary country-of-origin labeling regulations.

Sec. 3 General Provisions

Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
