Sec. 2 Policy of Enforcement Discretion
For 180 days, the Attorney General ceases new FCPA investigations, reviews existing ones, and issues updated guidelines prioritizing American interests.
Sec. 3 Severability
Standard severability clause: if a court strikes any provision, the rest of the order stands.
Sec. 4 General Provisions
Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
