Sec. 1 Each advisory committee listed below is
Continues 15 federal advisory committees including presidential commissions, national security task forces, and monument advisory committees until September 30, 2027.
Sec. 2 Notwithstanding the provisions of any other
Delegates presidential functions under the Federal Advisory Committee Act to the heads of designated departments and agencies to manage the listed committees.
Sec. 3 Sections 1 and 2 of Executive Order 14109 of
Supersedes sections 1 and 2 of Executive Order 14109, consolidating advisory committee management under this order.
Sec. 4 This order shall be effective September 30,
