U.S. policy is to sustain and enhance America's global AI dominance to promote human flourishing, economic competitiveness, and national security.
Artificial intelligence has the meaning set forth in Title 15 of the U.S. Code section 9401(3).
Within 180 days, Assistant to the President for Science and Technology must develop and submit an action plan to achieve AI dominance policy.
Revokes Executive Order 14110 on AI safety; agencies must review and suspend actions that conflict with AI dominance policy, and OMB must revise AI memoranda within 60 days.
