Sec. 1 Purpose
Promotes the export of complete American AI solutions to allied nations to advance U.S. technological and geopolitical interests.
Sec. 2 Policy
Establishes that the Federal Government should support industry-led AI export packages that include hardware, software, security, and applications.
Sec. 3 Establishment of the American AI Exports Program
Directs the Secretary of Commerce to establish the American AI Exports Program within 90 days, issue a public call for proposals from industry consortia, and support approved projects.
