Sec. 1 Amendment
Executive Order 14193 revised to clarify that duty-free de minimis treatment is available for otherwise eligible covered Canadian articles but shall cease upon Commerce Secretary notification that adequate systems are in place to fully and expeditiously process and collect tariff revenue.
Sec. 2 General Provisions
Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
