All PRC articles are subject to a 10% additional duty effective Feb 4, 2025; goods loaded before Feb 1 are exempted.
DHS consults with State, DOJ, and White House on PRC's actions; upon determination of sufficient cooperation, tariffs are removed.
DHS is authorized to implement via IEEPA and take all necessary actions.
